Balancing Life – How To Maximize Your 24 Hours
Are you enjoying your life?
Do you make the most out of each day?
Do you live each moment to the maximum?
In order to have the energy and avoid the burnout, you need balance.
Achieving balance is a long road and a tedious process. You need resolve and must be determined to reach the balanced life.
Each season of life was meant to be enjoyed.
Here are 8 ways I have learned to maximize my time and create a balanced life.
1. Keep a list of all the important things that you need to accomplish. Also, use a calendar and write down every commitment or appointment you make, when you make it.
2. Don’t waste the first hour of your day. This first hour will determine your momentum for the rest of your day and how productive you will be.
3. Once you start something, finish it. Do not try to multi-task every activity. Do one thing and do it well.
4. Don’t waste time opening every letter or every email. At least one fourth of them can be thrown in the trash without wasting your time.
5. Use your time wisely. As they say, touch each piece of paper or letter only once. If you pick it up, take care of it. Also, use your drive time and wait time when out and about for personal development and growth. Carry with you reading material or audio material so you will never lose a minute to inactivity.
6. Spend 10-20 minutes Sunday evening planning your week and about 10 minutes every evening planning your next day. The Sixth List is a great tool!
7. Set aside personal relaxation time each day. Again, make sure you are living in the moment, not thinking what you need to do next. You have it on your schedule and it will be there for you to tackle after you have relaxed. We need to restore the energy we exerted and relieve some of the stress – physically, mentally and emotionally.
8. The harder you work, the more you need to preserve balance, especially in your exercise and leisure time. Take a vacation or a long weekend. Even a full day of no business activities will prove to be what you need to de-stress and be rejuvenated so you can hit the ground running.
A balanced life takes work and a lot of planning and the will power to follow the plan. You can maximize the time you have been given by practicing these 8 easy steps.

Change Your Life From Average to Extraordinary
Are you living an average, mediocre life, or a magnificent, extraordinary one?
An even bigger question is, what kind of life do you WANT to live?
I don’t believe that being unhealthy, broke, poor or ignorant has to be a permanent situation. Anyone can accomplish anything from wherever they are.
Maybe a change in the way you think is needed? As the saying goes, don’t expect different results if you are doing the same things over and over. What are you doing differently so you get different results?
Is your thinking average or extraordinary?
Before we can begin doing different things, we need to think differently!
Don’t just think of your problems, think of solutions to your problems. In doing so, you can change your life at any time. The choice is yours!
Here Is A Short List Of Ways To Go From Average to Extraordinary
1. Have positive energy towards your health, relationships and finances. If you choose to hold negative thoughts in your mind about people, your health and your finances, your situation will not change. If you are not looking at fit, happy and rich people and being genuinely glad for them, you will never reach those goals.
2. Invest in educating yourself. If you are not where you want to be, most likely you need to grow. Intellectual and personal growth come with a price. Make a habit of investing your time and your money to becoming more and you will begin seeing yourself and your life move from being average to being extraordinary. Investing in classes or a coach may be the extra push you need.
3. Spend time with people you want to be like. They say to take your ten closest friends that you spend most of your time with and you will be the average of them all. It is easy to stay average if you just hang out with average people. You need to be inspired and motivated. Success leaves clues, and so does mediocrity. Learn from those who have created what you want.
4. Be humble. Nobody knows it all. Be willing to take constructive criticism and better yet, seek it out. We all have room for improvement. Be willing to become more!
5. Be committed to hang on “until”. Don’t have the typical New Year’s resolution mentality that gets you started for a week or two and then you quit or move on to something else. To move from average to extraordinary you need the “do or die” mentality and the tenacity to do what it takes day in and day out until you reach the mountain peak. Two powerful words to remember are: until and despite. I will do it until…despite…
If you want to know where you actually are on the path to an extraordinary life, just look at the results.
What does your life look like? Look at your health, your relationships and your bank account. The mirror doesn’t lie, nor do the numbers.
It’s time to take control of your life and move from mediocrity to magnificent, from average to extraordinary!

Design Your Life – Healthy Choices for Total Wellness
How would you design your life if you knew that you had the power to make it anything you wanted?
It would all begin with the choices you make!
We all want to be healthy, happy and successful. Total wellness is the ideal goal.
Unfortunately, many people settle for much less than their ideal.
When we make right choices, we can become wealthy. Wealth is not only monetary, but it relates to our overall wellness in all the areas of our lives. True wealth and total wellness means that we have a healthy body, mind, spirit and bank account, all 360 degrees around. If one is lacking, we are off balance and total health and wealth is not possible.
Choosing the right mindset in all these areas is essential if we want to design our life for total wellness. Once we have the right mindset, then we need to take action.
Without clear vision and specific planned action, we become a blind designer.
We all have a choice as to how we will design our lives. We all hold the paint brush and have a canvas before us.
Step One: What is your vision of total wellness for your life?
I encourage you to write it out for each area of wellness. Paint the whole canvas, not just a few stick people. Use color. See and feel your design. Be a part of it.
Step Two: What specific action do you need to take to achieve this total wellness?
Again, break down each area with detailed steps.
For example, if I want to improve my physical health and drop 30 pounds, I would plan out a realistic time frame and then work backwards. What would I need to do each month, week and day in order to reach that goal?
Every masterpiece is a combination of smaller choices.
What color to use? How much paint? What brush stroke? Even, what brush to use.
Create your own masterpiece! Make healthy choices and achieve true wealth and total wellness.
Please comment on www.facebook.com/absorb360 as to what canvas you are creating.
